An Unexpected April Fool's Day Blessing - "Tom" the Calf

One of our seven new cows, "Lois" surprisingly gave birth to a beautiful male calf on April 1! At the time of purchase, cows are usually not pregnant, otherwise the price is significantly increased by the seller. Our little April Fool's surprise, "Tom" is an unexpected blessing, so we literally got two cows for the price of one!

Innocent and our local veterinarian ensured the cow and calf were doing well after the surprise birth. Other cows looked on almost as if to congratulate Lois and lend their support! Tom's arrival increases our herd size to 23. We are very grateful to God for His wonderful provision.
